The reamer (1) has a reamer part (10) including an internal hub (11) provided with an axial bore (15) for receiving an orthopedic guiding pin (30). The bore is opened on axially opposite faces i.e. proximal and distal faces, of the hub. The hub defines a transverse slot (16) for the guiding pin. The slot opens radially into the bore and connects the faces of the hub. The reamer part has a reaming body formed of an external ring (12) and a tab provided with bone attack reliefs i.e. blades, where body extends transversally to the hub by partially and exteriorly surrounding periphery of the hub.La fraiseuse (1) comporte une fraise (10) qui inclut un moyeu (11) muni dun alésage axial (15) de réception dune broche de guidage orthopédique (30), cet alésage débouchant sur les faces axialement opposées, respectivement proximale et distale, du moyeu. Afin de faciliter la mise en place de cette fraise pour le chirurgien, ainsi que pour limiter le trauma pour le patient opéré, le moyeu délimite une fente (16) de passage latéral pour la broche de guidage, cette fente débouchant de manière sensiblement radiale dans lalésage et reliant les face proximale et distale du moyeu.
