PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure massage mask for improving skin elasticity as well as preventing skin aging.SOLUTION: This pressure massage mask includes an air expansion unit 2 having a pump that is communicated to an air plug of an air inlet port fixed with an air bag so as to inject an outside air by a tube through which the injected air could pass, and a pressure unit 1 composed of a front part 11 made of a flexible material and having openings for eyes and an opening 114 for the nose and a rear part 12 made of an inelastic material and equipped with an inner bag into which the air expansion unit 2 is inserted. The front part 11 is composed of overlapped spandex fabric that is made of a neoprene sponge on whose both surfaces nylon and spandex are mixed.
