An autocartilage half-plates, 0.4-0.5 mm thick, is removed from the region between the antihelix and hlix or from the triangular fossa of the ear, corresponding to the eardrum area. A cut is formed in the cartilage transplant to stabilise it on the hammer handle, and a shunt hole under for its installation and fixation. The autocartilage half-plate notch is placed on the hammer handle with perichondrium directed outwards, so that the shunt is in its anteroinferior quadrant. The autofacial transplant is laid between the autocartilage half-plate and the eardrum remnants, without shunt overlaying. Отсепаровывают меатотимпальный лоскут. Формируют аутофасциальный трансплантат из фасции височной мышцы.
