SOLUTION: The imaging system comprises a light irradiation part for irradiating the object with light an imaging part for imaging the object with the light from the object generated by the light emitted from the light irradiation part a detection part for detecting the position, the direction and the direction of movement of the instrument and a control part for controlling the light irradiation range for the light irradiation part to irradiate the object according to the position, the direction and the direction of movement of the instrument detected by the detection part.
