PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device capable of inhibiting insects from approaching and entering the interior of a cabin without impairing the tone quality tuned according to a reproduced music or the like.SOLUTION: A sound generation part 7 generates a frequency working as a repulsion sound to which insects as a mosquito and a moth have aversion, an adjusting part 8 adjusts the frequency characteristic to reduce a frequency component working as the repulsion sound, and a sound processing part 2 makes tone quality adjustment keep the tone quality balance of a sound source from a sound source part 1 using the frequency characteristic adjusted by the adjusting part 8 and the frequency generated by the sound generation part 7.
