The present invention provides an IgG hybrid bispecific antibody against TNFα and IL-17A. The hybrid antibody comprises a first heavy chain and a first light chain from a human IgG binding specifically to TNFα, and a second heavy chain and a second light chain of a human IgG binding specifically to IL-17A. A variable region of the second heavy chain is exchanged with a variable region of the second light chain, and/or a variable region of the first heavy chain is exchanged with a variable region of the first light chain； and constant regions of the first heavy chain and the second heavy chain interact with each other via enhanced electrostatic interaction or hydrophobic interaction.La présente invention concerne un anticorps bispécifique hybride d'IgG contre le TNFα et l'IL-17A. L'anticorps hybride comprend une première chaîne lourde et une première chaîne légère provenant d'une IgG humaine se liant spécifiquement au TNFα, et une seconde chaîne lourde et une seconde chaîne légère provenant d'une IgG humaine se liant spécifiquement à l'IL-17A. Une région variable de la seconde chaîne lourde est échangée avec une région variable de la seconde chaîne légère, et/ou une région variable de la première chaîne lourde est échangée avec une région variable de la première chaîne légère ； et les régions constantes de la première chaîne lourde et de la seconde chaîne lourde interagissent les unes avec les autres par l'intermédiaire d'une interaction hydrophobe ou une interaction électrostatique améliorée.
