PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating composition which can sufficiently and continuously give a moisture-retaining sense even to highly damaged hair such as hair subjected to a plurality of chemical treatments.
SOLUTION: There is provided a hair-treating composition characterized by comprising L-theanine and at least two plant extracts selected from Compositae extracts, Umbelliferae extracts and Labiatae extracts. The hair-treating composition can be used not only as hair care agents such as shampoos, hair rinses, and hair treatment agents, but also as hair treating agents such as hair dyeing agents and permanent wave agents.
