PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shellfish floating larva rearing ventilation apparatus capable of rearing microscopic shellfish floating larvae reared in a rearing tank while performing ventilation using intermittent or continuous water pouring.SOLUTION: A shellfish floating larva rearing ventilation apparatus includes a siphon drainage channel 3 provided in a rearing tank 1, which has a water supply channel 2 for rearing water and is used for shellfish floating larvae growing by intake of feed in a floating period, the siphon drainage channel having a suction drainage port 31 in the rearing water including an opening surface 31a open in the downward direction of the rearing tank to discharge rearing water in the rearing tank 1 upwards. The suction drainage port 31 is formed in a shape of a funnel expanding downwards. A water conduction member 6, on which a plurality of water conduction holes 61 having an opening diameter smaller than sizes of the shellfish floating larvae so as not to suck the larvae are formed, is mounted on the opening surface 31a. The siphon drainage channel 3 includes a downstream drainage port 32 formed upwards.
