PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant, implant set, pin member and implant positioning method capable of accurately and quickly installing the implant in a bone defective part.SOLUTION: An implant 1 is a plate-like member for covering a bone defective part 101 formed by forming a defect in a skull 10. The implant 1 includes a positioning part 2 for positioning it with respect to the bone defective part 101, with it covering the bone defective part 101. The positioning part 2 includes at least one positioning through-hole 21 formed by penetrating through the implant 1.
