[Problem] To provide a double syringe configured so as to guide the user to hold the double syringe so that materials can be extruded from the two syringes at a predetermined ratio. [Solution] A double syringe has: a first syringe a second syringe disposed parallel to the first syringe a flange provided to the outer peripheries of both the first syringe and the second syringe a first plunger inserted into the first syringe a second plunger inserted into the second syringe and a plunger head for connecting and supporting the first plunger and the second plunger. The flange has a first flange protrusion which protrudes to the side opposite the plunger head from the first syringe side end of the flange in the direction in which the first syringe and the second syringe are arranged parallel to each other.
