The input-output channels of the hydraulic motor (13) are connected with the pump (18) through two-way hydraulic lock (14) and a hydraulic distribution valve (17). In front of the two-way hydraulic lock (14), a check valve (15) is mounted, between the input-output channels of the hydraulic motor (13) a unilateral hydraulic lock (14) is mounted for transfer oil between the input-output channels of the hydraulic motor (13).
