PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe type ejector stably frothily or mistily discharging a content liquid without impairing operability even if the amount of the content liquid is small.SOLUTION: This syringe ejector includes: an operation implement 1B wherein a rod 4c disposed in a through hole formed in a tip cylindrical part 2c of a syringe 2 is extended in a piston 3a slidably disposed inside the syringe 2, and which is formed with a passage r1 of air force-fed by the piston 3a between the rod 4c and the tip cylindrical part 2c a cylindrical member 6 filled with the content liquid C a nozzle 9 mounted to the tip cylindrical part 2c and a mesh ring 10 converting the content liquid C into a frothy content liquid through the content liquid C and the air force-fed by the piston 3a. The cylindrical member 6 is sealed by a pressure release valve V, and is sealed by a plunger 8 to form a cartridge body 1A-1 forming a sealed space.
