Provided is a mobile radiography device that is capable of minimizing damage to a detector means. According to the present invention, the mobile radiography device comprises: a housing holder (7) which houses an FPD (4) and a catch (8) which anchors the FPD (4) in the housing holder (7) such that the FPD (4) thus housed cannot be removed from the housing holder (7). According to the present invention, the mobile radiography device further comprises a cart movement controller unit (16) which notifies a technician if an attempt is made to move a cart (1) in a state wherein the FPD (4) is not in a locked state. Thus, the technician will be aware of having neglected to lock the FPD (4) when moving the cart (1).
