The present invention describes the o/w emulsion cosmetic composition, which comprises an oil phase ceramide contained in an oil phase and ceramide particles contained in a water phase, and in which the first polymer spheroid and the second polymer spheroid are combined with each other in a structure of at least partially penetrating counterpart polymer spheroid, the first polymer spheroid and the second polymer spheroid comprising a (meth) acrylate-based polymer.
