CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition for lip make-up comprises: a step of inputting herbal materials into oil and wax and extracting the composition to obtain an extract containing active ingredients； a step of dispersing pigment to the extract； a step of adding ethanol and water and evaporating solvent to obtain a gel having a high viscosity； a step of emulsifying the gel to obtain a W/O emulsification type gel； and a step of adding the W/O emulsification type gel to the extract and mixing.본 발명은 한약재를 함유하는 입술 메이크업용 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 입술 메이크업용 화장료 조성물의 제조시 사용되는 오일 및 왁스에 한약재를 투입하여 유용성 성분의 추출물을 얻고, 에탄올 및 물의 혼합용매에 한약재를 추출하여 얻은 수용성 성분을 W/O 유화타입 젤로 제조한 후, 유용성 성분의 추출물과 함께 혼합하여 제조한 입술 메이크업용 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 입술 메이크업용 화장료 조성물은 한약재의 유용성 성분 및 수용성 성분을 모두 함유하여 특유의 한약취가 있으면서 입술에 사용시 촉촉함과 우수한 보습 효과를 제공한다.
