PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder joint abduction brace capable of quickly and reliably fixing an abduction angle of a shoulder joint and easily adjusting it according to a body size.SOLUTION: A shoulder joint abduction brace includes: a sling body 2 wrapping and retaining an arm 11 from at least an elbow 11A to a wrist 11B； a shoulder belt 3, both ends of which are connected to an elbow support part 2A and a wrist support part 2B of the sling body 2 and which is hung on a shoulder and suspended therefrom； an angle adjustment block 4 that has a substantially triangular prism shape, is fitted to the sling body 2, with a vertex of the triangle put in the armpit, and adjusts the abduction angle of the shoulder joint to a prescribed angle； a trunk belt 5 that is fitted to both front/rear ends of the angle adjustment block 4 and passes around the waist to fix the angle adjustment block 4 to the body trunk； and a connection ring plate 6 for connecting the shoulder belt 3 and the trunk belt 5 at the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本願発明は、肩関節の外転角度を迅速かつ確実に固定することができ、しかも体の大きさなどに合わせて容易に調節できる肩関節外転装具を提供するものである。【解決手段】少なくとも腕１１の肘１１Ａから手首１１Ｂを包み込むように保持するスリング本体２と、このスリング本体２の肘支持部分２Ａと手首支持部分２Ｂに両端が接続され肩に掛けて吊り下げられる肩ベルト３と、略三角柱形状であってその三角形の頂点部分が腋下に挟み込まれた状態でスリング本体２に取付けられることにより肩関節の外転角を所定角度に調節する角度調節ブロック４と、この角度調節ブロック４の前後両端部に取付けられて腰に回すことにより角度調節ブロック４を体幹に固定させる胴ベルト５と、前記肩ベルト３および胴ベルト５をその前方にて連結させる連結用リングカン６とを備える。【選択図】図１
