PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device and an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can suppress increase in a memory capacity when outputting a base band signal by performing equivalent time sampling.SOLUTION: A signal processing device includes an ADC 1212, a dual port memory 1215, and a decimator 1214. The ADC converts a reflection wave of an ultrasonic wave into a digital signal with equivalent time sampling. The dual port memory 1215 stores the digital signal after conversion by the ADC 1212.
