PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position calibration plate that can accurately perform position calibration in simpler constitution, and an imaging device using the same as well as a position calibration method.SOLUTION: A position calibration plate concerning one aspect of the present invention is provided by overlapping multiple frame members formed of irregularities of different shapes in at least one pair of opposed sides. Also, an imaging device concerning the other aspect of the present invention is the imaging device including a line source of emitting radiation, a radiation detector of detecting radiation from the line source, and a position calibration plate disposed between the line source and the radiation detector.
