The present utility model relates to a process of producing herbal food supplement and a product therefrom that would make available a herbal food supplement which can be conveniently taken or consumed for health promoting effect. The process of producing herbal food supplement comprises the steps of : a. gathering of selected herbal leaves； b. washing the herbal leaves with clean water； c. semi-drying the hearbal leaves in a net； d. transferring the semi-dried leaves in a sack for air drying； e. mixing the dried herbal leaves with pre-determined volume of water； f. boiling the mixture for a pre-determined temperature and period of time； g. cooling down the boiled mixture； h. filtering the mixture to separate liquid component from its solid component； and i. placing the liquid component in a containing means.
