An ultrasonic bone cutter head, comprising a cutter body (1) connected to an ultrasonic device, a cutter rod (2) fixed to the cutter body (1), and a flat head end (3) fixed to the cutter rod (2). The head end (3) comprises a cutter teeth edge (4) extending in a straight line along the length direction of the head end (3), and a plurality of notches (5) forming spaced cutter teeth (6) are equidistantly distributed on the cutter teeth edge (4). The cutter teeth edge (4) on the head end (3) extends in a straight line along the length direction of the head end, blade openings of the cutter teeth (6) are therefore distributed in a straight line, and the blade openings are not sharp teeth structures and thus do not scratch other tissue structures when cutting. The thickness of the position where the blade openings are located is set to be the same as that of a cutter back edge, and when bone tissue is cut, an incision is relatively wide so that the head end is not caught by bone tissue, thereby effectively preventing the head end (3) from fracturing, and reducing the probability of a surgical accident.
