A piston for use with a fluid delivery device includes a body having a longitudinal axis. At least one sealing feature extends from the body and is configured to have an interference fit with a fluid reservoir. The at least one sealing feature is configured to radially deform to fit within the fluid reservoir at least partially through bending.
