PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net for a fence for preventing animal invasion, not only enabling the installation to be carried out in each fence-setting ground of a flat ground and a sloped ground as well by allowing square meshes of the net used for the fence to be freely transformed into parallelograms, but also not allowing the meshes to be expanded easily by an animal intending to expand the mesh of the net for invasion.SOLUTION: Wires 3 for vertical wires 3a and horizontal wires 3b of the net 2 are formed into wavy shapes having crest parts 31 and valley parts 32 in the side view, and the ratio H/D of the difference H of altitude of the wavy shape to the diameter D is regulated so as to be 2.24 to 2.52. The wires 3 are also formed into wavy shapes having crest parts 33 and valley parts 34 in the plan view, and the ratio B/D of the difference B of the amplitudes in the wavy shapes to the diameter D is regulated so as to be 1.44 to 1.48. The intervals of pitches &lambda in the side view and the plan view of the wire 3 in the wavy shape are regulated so as to be equal, and the ratio &lambda/D of the pitch &lambda to the diameter D is regulated so as to be 7.6 to 8.2.
