PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse shower device capable of rotating an impeller smoothly by a bearing action of a ball, and having superior workability for assembly.SOLUTION: A pulse shower device includes: a water spraying plate including a plurality of shower holes and an impeller 36 for rotating around a shaft. The impeller 36 includes shower hole blocking parts 110 for covering the shower holes and shower hole opening parts 112 opened toward an inner surface of the water spraying plate alternately in a circumferential direction. By the rotation of the impeller 36, water is discharged in a pulse-like manner from the shower holes intermittently. In the impeller 36, a plurality of holding holes 106 opened toward the inner surface of the water spraying plate are provided, and the holding hole 106 is made to hold a ball. The impeller 36 is made to rotate while rolling the ball against the inner surface of the water spraying plate.
