PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat heater device capable of giving effective thermal stimulation to an experiment participant in a short time, and a control method for the same.SOLUTION: A heater element 12 that is provided on a seat back 15 and a seat cushion 16 and generates heat during power supply is included. When the heater element 12 reaches an initial temperature T1 after the start of warming the heater element 12, there is set a temperature amplitude to be a range between a temperature calculated by subtracting a lower limit allowable temperature Tb from a reference temperature T0, and a temperature calculated by adding an upper limit allowable temperature Ta to the reference temperature T0. The temperature amplitude is used for controlling so as to change the temperature of the heater element 12. Consequently, it is possible to give effective thermal stimulation whose temperature periodically changes to an affected part of an experiment participant, and increase a therapeutic effect compared to a conventional device.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】短時間で実験参加者に対して効果的な温熱刺激を与えることのできるシートヒータ装置、およびシートヒータ装置の制御方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】シートバック15及びシートクッション16に設けられ、電力供給時に発熱するヒータエレメント12を備えている。そして、ヒータエレメント12の加温を開始した後、該ヒータエレメント12が初期温度T1に達した際には、基準温度T0から下限許容温度Tbを減算した温度と、上限許容温度Taを加算した温度との間の範囲となる温度振幅を設定する。そして、この温度振幅でヒータエレメント12の温度が変化するように制御する。その結果、実験参加者の患部に周期的に温度が変化する効果的な温熱刺激を与えることができ、従来と対比して治療効果を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
