PURPOSE: A grain roasting apparatus is provided to enable users to rapidly roast grains without generating smoke using a near-infrared ray heater, and to easily discharge dust and grain skins to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A grain roasting apparatus comprises the following: a driving shaft(6) supported to a machine body(8) using a bearing(7), and operated by a motor(9)； a roasting cauldron(5) including plural mesh holes(54), combined with the driving shaft； a balance weight(56) installed on the opposite side of an inlet(51) for inserting and discharging grains； an inclined side wall(52) in a tapering shape； a side cover(53) formed on the end of the inclined side wall； a near-infrared ray heater(12) located in the inside of the roasting cauldron； a discharging plate(14) for opening and closing the inlet； and a solenoid valve as an opening/closing unit(15) for rotating the discharging plate.본 발명은 대두나 커피 및 기타 각종 곡물을 볶는 곡물 볶음기에 관한 것으로서, 근적외선 히터를 이용하여 연기 없이 신속하게 곡물을 볶을 수 있게 하고, 볶는 과정에서 발생하는 껍질 등의 분진을 용이하게 배출할 수 있도록 구성한 곡물 볶음기를 제공코자 하는 것이다.본 발명은 곡물 볶음기(1)를 구성함에 있어서, 기체(8)에 베어링(7) 지지되며 모터(9)에 의해 구동되도록 설치한 구동축(6)과； 상기 구동축(6)에 결합되며, 다수개의 망공(54)이 형성되고, 축 직각방향으로 곡물을 내입하거나 인출하는 입구(51)가 형성되고, 입구(51)와 반대쪽에 중량추(56)가 설치되며, 구동축(6)의 반대방향에 테이퍼 형상인 경사측벽(52)이 형성되고 경사측벽(52)의 단부에 절곡된 측면커버(53)가 형성된 볶음솥(5)과； 상기 측면커버(53)에 형성된 구멍(53a)으로 볶음솥(5) 내부에 위치하도록 기체(8)에 설치한 근적외선 히터(12)와；상기 볶음솥(5)의 아래쪽에 면접되어 입구(51)를 개폐하도록 일단을 기체(8)에 회동가능하게 결합한 배출판(14)과； 상기 배출판(14)을 회동시키는 개폐수단(15)으로 솔레노이드 밸브를 결합한 것이다.
