The present invention provides a system for aquatic farming, in which reverse osmosis water is used to dilute the saturated purified salt water. The flow rate of cathode chamber is adjusted to allow the anode chamber to generate weak-acid hypochlorite water with oxidizing power by electrolysis. Then, the hypochlorite water is introduced to a dispensing pipe having multiple dispensing holes arranged in a linear manner, and the dispensing pipe is placed in an oblique hanging manner into the water of a farming pool.
