To achieve the purpose, the automatic sea squirt separator of the present invention includes: a frame installed at a predetermined height from the ground； a power device installed in the frame and providing a driving force to separate sea squirts attached to the rod line； and a pair of separation rotators rotating in opposite directions by the driving force of the power device and installed in the frame to be spaced at an interval (B) smaller than the diameter of the rod line not to interfere with each other when rotating at an inclination angle (A) of 0 to 90 degree with respect to the ground surface.
