The invention relates to a device for facilitating nasal breathing with a closed mouth, comprising a mouth guard provided with a maxillary support surface (1) and two symmetric semi-arcs either side of a medial direction (m), which meet in a front area (4) of the mouth guard, the mouth guard comprising an upper front edge in the front area (4) thereof, said device being characterised in that it comprises a vestibular screen (7) comprising an upper part (8) arranged in the extension of the upper front edge (5) and extending beyond the maxillary support surface (1), said upper part (8) comprising two upper extensions (10a, 10b) designed to form an area for the support and advantageously the advancement of the gingivolabial sulcus of a user, allowing an increase in the passage of air. The device is applicable to the treatment of snoring, mainly with nasal participation. The device is designed to be used with the mouth closed.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de facilitation de respiration nasale bouche fermée comprenant une gouttière dotée d'une face d'appui maxillaire (1) et de deux demi-arcs (3a, 3b) symétriques de part et d'autre d'une direction médiane (m) et se rejoignant en une zone avant (4) de la gouttière, la gouttière comprend dans sa zone avant (4) une bordure antérieure supérieure (5) caractérise en ce qu'il comprend un écran labial (7) comprenant un pan supérieur (8) agencé dans le prolongement de la bordure antérieur supérieure (5) et s'étendant au-delà de la face d'appui maxillaire (1), ledit pan supérieur (8) comprenant deux extensions supérieures (10a, 10b) configurées pour former une zone d'appui et avantageusement d'avancée du sillon gingivo-labial d'un utilisateur permettant d'augmenter le passage de l'air.
