The present invention relates to a lipid emulsified perfume composition capable of enhancing a residual fragrance of personal care products, a manufacturing method thereof, a high residual fragrance personal care composition containing the same, and a manufacturing method of the high fragrance personal care composition. More specifically, the lipid emulsified perfume composition according to the present invention is prepared by emulsifying a lipid and a perfume with a surfactant in advance by adding a lipid, a surfactant, and desirably, a polymer to a perfume, and used, thereby obtaining satisfactory residual fragrance by effectively adsorbing and penetrating a personal care product to hair and skin.본 발명은 퍼스널 케어 제품의 향료 잔향성을 증진시킬 수 있는 지질 유화 향료 조성물, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 고잔향성 퍼스널 케어 조성물 및 이러한 고잔향성 퍼스널 케어 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 향료에 지질과 계면활성제, 바람직하게는 폴리머를 추가로 첨가하여, 지질과 향료를 계면활성제로 미리 유화시켜 제조된 지질 유화 향료 조성물을 사용함으로써 모발 및 피부에 효과적으로 퍼스널 케어 제품을 효과적으로 흡착, 침투시켜 만족할 만한 잔향성을 수득할 수 있다.
