PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument, an intraluminal insertion tool equipped with the medical instrument, and an intraluminal insertion tool for preventing buckling of the intraluminal insertion tool to eliminate the replacement of the intraluminal insertion tool as much as possible and for enabling an operator to sense the torque exceeding a threshold value instantly by hands.SOLUTION: The medical instrument 1 is equipped with a main body 2 which is coupled to the intraluminal insertion tool and is restrained in the rotational direction about a shaft relative to the intraluminal insertion tool, a cylindrical body 3 which engages the main body 2 by making contact with it and is rotated and grasped integrally with the main body 2, and a torque regulating mechanism 4 which cancels the engagement of the cylindrical body 3 with the main body 2 to block the transmission of the torque to the intraluminal insertion tool if the torque exceeds the threshold value when the cylindrical body 3 is grasped and is rotated. Consequently, since the intraluminal insertion tool coupled to the main body 2 never rotates when the torque exceeds the threshold value, the intraluminal insertion tool prevents the torsional buckling, and enables the operator to sense the torque exceeding the threshold value instantly.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】管腔内挿入具に座屈が生じることを防止することで、可能なかぎり管腔内挿入具の交換を不必要とし、トルクが所定値以上になったことを術者が手元で瞬時に感知することができる医療用具及びその医療用具を取り付けた管腔内挿入具及び管腔内挿入具を提供する。【解決手段】医療用具1は、管腔内挿入具に連結されて管腔内挿入具に対し軸周りの回転方向に拘束される本体2と、本体2に接触を伴って係合し、本体2と一体的に回転可能であると共に把持可能な筒体3と、筒体3を把持して回転される際、トルクが所定値以上になると、本体2と筒体3との係合が解除され、管腔内挿入具へのトルクの伝達を阻止するトルク制御機構4とを備える。これにより、トルクが所定値以上になると、本体2に連結された管腔内挿入具を回転できなくなるため、管腔内挿入具に捩れ座屈を生じず、また、術者に瞬時にトルクが所定値以上になったことを感知させることができる。【選択図】図2
