PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polysaccharide ester for use for a skin protection as a compound having a viscoelasticity enhancing action, a moisturizing action, and softening activity, or possessing an anti-reddening action or analgesic action of erythematous disease state induced by ray irradiation.SOLUTION: There are provided novel ester derivatives of hydroxy-cinnamic acids and hyaluronic acids, and a local composition as a protection medicine in their rheological properties, anti-radical properties, and dermatology, and their use.
