The present invention relates to a hot heat and laser treating device comprising: a body (10)； a cover body (20)； a heating body (30)； a heating body plate (40)； and a pad (50). The body (10) includes a PCB panel unit (11) and a laser diode module (12) therein which is electrically connected to the PCB panel unit (11)； and opens one side. The cover body (20) installs the opened one side of the body (10)； extends a first fixing unit (21) and a second fixing unit (22) which are hanged on the neck in both sides； includes a receiving unit (23) for receiving the laser diode module (12)； and has an insertion space unit (24) in a front surface. The heating body (30) is received in the insertion space unit (24) of the cover unit (20)； is electrically connected to the PCB panel unit (11). The heating body plate (40) covers and installs the heating body (30)； delivers hot heat generated from the heating body (30)； and includes a first penetrating hole (41) corresponding to the receiving unit (23) for receiving the laser diode module (12). The pad (50) covers and installs the heating body plate (40)； receives the hot heat from the heating body plate (40)； and includes a second penetrating hole (51) which corresponds to the receiving unit (23) for receiving the laser diode module (12), and emits laser light of the laser diode module (12) to the outside.
