PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for calculating an objective evaluation value on a degree of concentration.SOLUTION: An evaluation device 10 includes an acquisition part 11, a storage part 12, a processing part 13 and a correction part 15. The acquisition part 11 acquires a processing time measured for each task about a plurality of tasks that a user performs. The storage part 12 stores a processing time for each task that the acquisition part 11 acquires. The correction part 15 corrects the processing time stored by the storage part 12 to an effective time corresponding to a predetermined degree of difficulty based on a load factor set according to a degree of difficulty of each task.
