PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic mold which can precisely mold a three-dimensional shape on the surface of the low hardness contents, without deformation when repeatedly molded, excellent in durability and suitable for mass production, and a molding method using the same.SOLUTION: In the elastic mold 1 for molding the contents whose hardness (measured value by a card meter at 37°C, a pressure sensitive shaft diameter of 3 mm and a load of 800 g) is 10-20, the space formed between the dish-like container and the elastic mold by making a dish-like container 2 adhere under pressure to the elastic mold is filled with the fused contents 4, and the elastic mold is bent in an opposite direction to the contents after the contents is cooled and solidified, whereby the contents molded on the dish-like container can be removed from the elastic mold together with the dish-like container.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】硬度の低い内容物の表面に立体的な形状を正確に成型することができ、繰り返し成型した場合にも変形することがなく耐久性に優れ量産に適する弾性型及びこれを使用した成型方法を提供する。【解決手段】硬度(カードメーターによる37℃、感圧軸直径3mm、800g荷重での測定値)が10~20の内容物を成型するための弾性型1であって、皿状容器2を弾性型に圧着し該皿状容器と該弾性型との間に形成された空間に溶融状態の内容物4を充填し、該内容物が冷却固化した後に弾性型を内容物と反対方向に撓ませることによって、皿状容器上に成型した内容物を該皿状容器とともに弾性型から取り出し得るようにしたことを特徴とする弾性型。【選択図】図2
