The present invention is a self power generating pacemaker having a fixable cover, a nanofiber power generating film, a storage module, a pacemaker unit and electro-stimulating unit. The nanofiber power generating film generates electrical power from vibration of a human heart and the storage module stores the electrical power. The pacemaker unit senses status of the heart and the storage module sent the status of the heart wirelessly. The present invention may generates electrical power from vibration of heart and the electrical power may provide pacemaker unit implanted inside the organism.
