PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of highly accurately detecting sitting-up of a recumbent user.SOLUTION: The detection device includes: a plurality of sensors 101 acquiring respectively, information representing a state of a user determination part 102 for determining sitting-up of a recumbent user according to the information acquired by the plurality of sensors 101 and an output part 103 for performing an output according to a determination result of the determination part 102.
