PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the locus drawn by the tip part of a seedling-transplanting tool of a seedling-transplanting apparatus to be changed easily.SOLUTION: The seedling-transplanting apparatus includes rotary cases 30 attached to a frame 21 of a transplanting transmission part so as to be freely rotatable, transplanting bodies 27 attached to the rotary cases 30 so as to be turnable, and guide cams 32 fixed to the frame 21 of the transplanting transmission part. Each transplanting body 27 is equipped with a body 37 of the transplanting body 27, a seedling-taking tine 40 attached to the body 37 of the transplanting body 27 and for taking the seedlings from a seedling mat, and a following cam 34 guided by the guide cam 32.
