<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promotor of a plant, knot-specifically regulating the expression of a gene, an expression vector containing the promotor, a transformed plant or plant body containing the expression vector, a method for producing them, and a method for expressing a desired gene at the knot by using the promotor. <；P>；SOLUTION: This DNA is provided by consisting of a specific base sequence and having a potent promotor activity at the knot and between the knots of a rice plant. By preparing a structural body of joining the DNA with a GA2 oxidase gene and introducing the same into the rice plant, the rice plant presents a semi-dwarf character, and it is possible to increase its yield. Also, by a promotor analysis by using a GUS gene, it is possible to strongly express the GUS gene at the knot under the regulation of the above DNA, and also it is possible to utilize the promotor DNA for expressing the desired gene at the knot of the plant. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
