Disclosed are compositions and methods for inducing PD-L1 internalization. The method includes reducing the amount of cell surface PD-L1 by contacting cells expressing PD-L1 with a compound that binds to cell surface PD-L1 and induces PD-L1 internalization. Compounds that induce PD-L1 internalization can be used to enhance, stimulate and / or increase the immune response and to treat PD-1-related diseases or conditions.PD-L1 내재화를 유도하기 위한 조성물 및 방법이 개시된다. 해당 방법은 PD-L1을 발현하는 세포를 세포 표면 PD-L1에 결합하여 PD-L1 내재화를 유도하는 화합물과 접촉시킴으로써 세포 표면 PD-L1의 양을 저감시키는 것을 포함한다.
