A replaceable stapling head for a stapler equipped with a drive motor control unit, including a stapling part consisting of a curved ligature needle, axles containing bases, and a group of rollers mounted on axes inside the stapling part, the curved ligature needle being movable along a circular path defined by a group of rollers, at least one roller is made leading from the drive motor to move the curved ligature needle along a circular path, and m at least one axis is mounted inside the crosslinking part to rotate around its base. 2. The head according to claim 1, in which the base of at least one axis is made with the end of a spherical shape. The head according to claim 2, in which the stapling part comprises biasing means for displacing at least one axis together with a roller mounted on it in the direction of the curved ligature needle.
