The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition for dermal fillers, easily adjusting physical properties and having improved mechanical properties and durability, and to a preparation method thereof. The composition can be applied to a body part requiring high mechanical properties as a filler, and mechanical properties of hydrogel for dermal fillers manufactured by using the method of the present invention can be adjusted in an easy manner. The hydrogel composition for dermal fillers comprises ion cross-linkable hyaluronic acid hydrogel.본 발명은 기계적 물성 조절이 용이하고, 기계적 물성 및 지속성이 개선된 진피 필러용 하이드로젤 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써 높은 기계적 물성이 요구되는 신체 부위에 필러로서 적용이 가능하고, 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 제조되는 진피 필러용 하이드로젤의 기계적 물성을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.
