PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder that enables a posture with the muscles of the back stretched to be maintained relatively easily.SOLUTION: A posture holder includes a base having a placement surface on which an operator places his or her feet which is configured so that the placement surface can be inclined forward, a holding mechanism connected to the base which extends upward from the base, and a knee supporting part held by the holding mechanism with the height at which to support the front of each knee of the operator placing his or her feet on the base.
