The present invention relates to artificial bones and a method of manufacturing the same. The artificial bones comprise: macro tricalcium phosphate crystals having an average particle size of 1 to 100 m and rectangular plate-like crystals; nano-tricalcium phosphate (TCP) powder having a particle size of 1 to 200 m and lump-like crystals; mesopores having a diameter of 0.2 to 100 m; micropores having a diameter of 0.1 to 150 nm; and macropores having a diameter of 105 to 1,000 m. The mesopores, the micropores, and the macropores are three-dimensionally connected to each other and having an open pore passage formed therebetween. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method of manufacturing artificial bones which are cost-effective as the method comprises a simple manufacturing procedure, and can easily mass-produce the bones which have enhanced mechanical strength and flexibility.본 발명은 평균 입자의 크기가 1 내지 100 ㎛이며 결정형이 판상의 장방형 결정인 매크로 트리칼슘포스페이트 결정; 입자의 크기가 1 내지 200 nm이며 결정형이 괴형인 나노 트리칼슘포스페이트 분말; 직경이 0.2-100 ㎛인 메조기공; 직경이 0.1-150 nm인 마이크로기공 및 직경이 105-1000 ㎛인 매크로 기공을 포함하며, 상기 메조기공, 마이크로기공 및 매크로기공은 서로 3차원적으로 연결되어 열린기공통로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공골 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
