The present invention relates to forceps for gripping a medical screw, more particularly, to forceps having a gripping part to easily grip a medical screw having various head shapes. The medical forceps according to the present invention include a pair of arms. Each arm includes a handle and a screw gripping part formed on a free end extended from the handle. In addition, the pair of arms is configured in such a manner that end parts of handles, which face each other, are coupled so that the gripping parts facing each other are away from each other by elasticity. In addition, each of the gripping parts facing each other includes a first recess part to accommodate a part of a screw head on an upper surface thereof facing the head of the screw to be gripped, and a second recess part to accommodate a part of a screw shaft gripped by a gripping surface facing the screw shaft.
