PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging diagnostic device capable of designating a region including a blood vessel appropriate for observation more simply in observing concentration change of a contrast medium, improving diagnostic efficiency, and notifying optimal photography timing at a part to be examined from the concentration change in the region.SOLUTION: The device is provided with: a region-of-interest setting means 1m for acquiring the image of an examination target region and setting on the image a region of interest where change in concentrate of a contrast medium is observed a calculating means 2b for calculating an average of CT values each representing the concentration of the contrast medium in the region of interest an approximating means 2c for obtaining an approximation related to the region of interest on the basis of a plurality of CT values calculated by the calculating means 2b and a comparing means 2e for comparing the coefficient of the approximation with a value representing a setup condition stored in advance to detect the timing of regular photography on the basis of the approximation corresponded to the setup condition within a prescribed range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】造影剤の濃度変化の観察においてより簡易に観察に適した血管を含む領域を指定することができ診断効率の向上を図るとともに、その領域における濃度変化から検査対象となる部位の最適な撮影タイミングを報知することのできる医用画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検体の検査対象となる部位の画像を取得して、前記画像上に造影剤の濃度変化を観察する関心領域を設定する関心領域設定手段1mと、関心領域内における造影剤の濃度を示すCT値の平均値を算出する算出手段2bと、算出手段2bによって算出された複数のCT値を基に関心領域についての近似式を求める近似手段2cと、近似式の係数と予め記憶されている設定条件の値とを比較し、所定の範囲内で設定条件と合致する近似式に基づいて本撮影のタイミングを検出する比較手段2eとを備える。【選択図】図3
