PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproductivity of imaging.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus according to an embodiment includes a receiving unit and a setting unit. The receiving unit receives an operation to change information relating to a range of a part that is defined on the basis of a plurality of anatomical feature points in any one of image data of a subject and image data of a virtual patient image. The setting unit performs any one of first setting processing and second setting processing.
