A collimator assembly of variable radiation field sizes and a radiation apparatus of the assembly. The radiation apparatus comprises a source carrier body, a collimator, and a collimator fixing bracket. The collimator is connected to the collimator fixing bracket via an arced guide rail having the center thereof running through a focus point and capable of rotating around the focus point. A radiation source and a precollimator are arranged on the source carrier body. Multiple sets of collimators are arranged on the collimator fixing bracket. Each collimator is provided thereon with multiple collimation openings forming different radiation field sizes on a focal plane. By combination of the different openings of the collimators to change the size of a radiation field, solved is the problem of forming radiation field sizes of different shapes on the focal plane and of intensity modulation of dose rate at the focus point.Linvention concerne un ensemble collimateur ayant des tailles de champ de rayonnement variables et un appareil de rayonnement dudit ensemble. Lappareil de rayonnement comprend un corps de support de source, un collimateur et une patte de fixation de collimateur. Le collimateur est connecté à la patte de fixation de collimateur par lintermédiaire dun rail de guidage courbé dont le centre passe par un foyer et est capable de tourner autour du point focal. Une source de rayonnement et un pré-collimateur sont disposés sur le corps de support de source. De multiples ensembles de collimateurs sont agencés sur la patte de fixation de collimateur. Chaque collimateur est muni, sur celui-ci, de multiples ouvertures de collimation formant différentes tailles de champ de rayonnement sur un plan focal. En combinant les différentes ouvertures des collimateurs afin de modifier la taille dun champ de rayonnement, on remédie au problème de la formation de tailles de champ de rayonnement ayant différentes formes sur le plan focal et de modulation dintensité du débit de
