PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a measured amount which is measured in association with a muscular activity when beverage and food are swallowed.SOLUTION: A processing device includes a storage part for storing an activity time of a muscular activity when a subject swallows beverage and food, and a processing part for executing display processing to display evaluation information used for evaluating characteristics of the beverage and food based on the activity time in a display part 15. The storage part stores each first measured amount, which is a measured amount on each subject when a plurality of subjects swallow the beverage and food to be evaluated, and each second measured amount, which is a measured amount on each subject when the plurality of subjects swallow beverage and food for comparison.
