The present invention relates to an oxygen supply device for supplying oxygen in various directions and angles into a tube inserted in the respiratory tract so as to artificially expand the respiratory tract while preventing the stricture of the respiratory tract of an emergency patient who has difficulty in breathing, when freeing his/her respiratory tract. The oxygen supply device comprises: a first connection unit connected with an intubation tube mounted on the respiratory tract of a patient to expand the respiratory tract, and having a penetration hole having the inner side penetrated in a length direction； a second connection unit extended in a length direction of the first connection unit, having a penetration hole formed in a length direction therein, and connected to a mechanical aspirator for supplying oxygen to the patient； a plurality of inducing hole parts penetrated through the inner penetration hole by punching the outer surface of the first connection unit； and an approach pipe unit approaching the inside of the penetration hole and the intubation tube from the outside of the inducing hole parts through the inducing hole parts. According to the present invention, a mechanical aspirator can be connected with an incubation tube used in expanding the respiratory tract of an emergency patient, and other life-prolonging devices for feeding a respiratory tract expanding agent, suctioning phlegm and foreign material from the inside of the respiratory tract, and supplying an assisting space can be multiply connected. Accordingly, a life of an emergency patient can be safely elongated and restored.
