The present disclosure relates to ureteral stents, in particular a composition for ureteral stents that are used to ensure patency of a channel, namely the ureter which may be compromised, for example, by a urinary stone, neoplasia or a surgical procedure The solution now disclosed relates to a composition for biodegradable stents, in particular to ureteral stents and method for obtain such stents. This disclosure overcomes the problems encountered in the available stents, in particular, ureteral stents, as it namely: avoids the need for a second surgery for stent removal； decreases the morbidity in patients submitted to a surgical procedure； decreases or eliminates the risk of infection after the implantation of the ureteral stent.La présente invention concerne des endoprothèses urétérales, en particulier une composition pour endoprothèses urétérales qui sont utilisées pour assurer la perméabilité d'un canal, c'est-à-dire l'uretère qui peut être compromise, par exemple, par un calcul urinaire, une néoplasie ou une intervention chirurgicale. La solution selon la présente invention concerne une composition pour des endoprothèses biodégradables, en particulier pour endoprothèses urétérales et un procédé pour obtenir de telles endoprothèses. La présente invention permet de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés dans les endoprothèses disponibles, en particulier, des endoprothèses urétérales étant donné qu'elle permet d'éviter d'avoir recours à une seconde intervention chirurgicale pour le retrait de l'endoprothèse ； diminue la morbidité chez des patients soumis à une intervention chirurgicale； réduit ou élimine le risque d'infection après l'implantation de l'endoprothèse urétérale.
